Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid any charges. Failure to cancel within this timeframe or a no-show will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost to the card on file. By submitting an appointment request, the client acknowledges and agrees to comply with this policy, understanding that the card on file will be charged accordingly.
