Client can cancel up to 24 hours PRIOR to the appointment. If the appointment is not canceled before the 24 hour window or the client no shows, the card on file will be charged 50% of the service cost. By submitting an appointment request, client understands the card on file WILL be charged if client does not comply by the policy.
