Trust me when I say that we are all human and I understand that things come up, but please just give me a proper notice if you are unable to make it to your appointment and need to cancel or reschedule to another day. My time is very important to me and I truly value your business, but when I don't have time to fill the canceled time slots, it takes money out of my own pocket, a spot away from a client on my continuously growing cancelation list, and most importantly, time away from my sweet little family.
With that being said, please give me a minimum of a 24 hour notice if you are canceling or rescheduling. My booking software, Vagaro, sends out a confirmation text message or email, whatever you prefer, 48 hours prior to your appointment and reminds you again 24 hours after that. This should make it fairly convenient for you not to forget or to change your appointment within a timely manner. If the appointment is not canceled/rescheduled before the 24 hour window or you no show the appointment, the card on file will be charged 50% of the service cost. If there is no card on file, an invoice will be sent and/or a deposit will be taken before another appointment can be made. Fees are assessed on a case by case basis.
Time is valuable to both you and I. Please be courteous and allow proper notice of your appointment change. No fee will be charged with the proper notice given. Thank you for understanding!
